01How many photos should I send?
Usually 3–6.
02Do I need a perfect photo?
No. The meaningful photo and the clearest identity photo do not have to be the same image.
03Can you help me choose?
Yes. Send what you have and tell us which moment you are trying to keep. We can help identify which photograph should guide the scene and which ones are useful as identity references.
04Can I request changes?
Yes, within the confirmed scope.
First we confirm: does it feel like them? Then: does the scene feel right? After that, small details can be refined. A completely new scene or direction is quoted separately rather than treated as an unlimited revision.
05Can names or dates be added?
Yes, when appropriate to the artwork and physical format.
06Will colors look exactly the same on the physical item?
No. Screens and physical printing or ceramic processes may show slight color differences. We do not promise exact screen-to-object color matching.
07How long does it take?
Timing depends on the keepsake type and destination. We confirm the estimated timeline before production.
08Do you ship internationally?
International availability is confirmed before production based on destination.
09Are the case studies customer reviews?
No. They are studio or concept case studies used to show the memory-led process. They are not presented as verified overseas customer orders or testimonials.
