Terms · Custom Order Policy

Clear before production.

This is the working policy for inquiry-stage custom orders. Final commercial terms are confirmed for the specific keepsake and destination before payment or production.

01 · Inquiry

An inquiry is not an order.

Sending photographs and a story allows the studio to review feasibility and discuss a keepsake. It does not create a purchase, charge, production commitment, or delivery guarantee.

02 · Scope and price

Confirmed for each keepsake.

Artwork scope, physical format, names or dates, estimated timing, currency, price, shipping availability, shipping charge, and any taxes or duties are confirmed before production. Unapproved international prices are not displayed or inferred from domestic prices.

03 · Artwork review

Identity, scene, then details.

Review begins with whether the artwork feels like the person or pet, then whether the scene feels right, followed by small-detail refinements. The number and scope of included revisions are confirmed with the project. Unlimited revisions are not promised.

A substantially different scene, composition, subject, or direction may require a new scope and price.

04 · Production

Approval comes first.

Physical production begins only after the artwork and practical terms are approved. Custom-made items may have limits on cancellation or refund after production starts; the applicable terms are confirmed before that point.

05 · Color and material

Physical is not identical to screen.

Screens, paper, ceramic, ink, coatings, lighting, and production processes can show color and texture differently. Slight variation is expected and exact screen-to-object color matching is not promised.

06 · Timing and delivery

Estimated, not invented.

Production and delivery timing depend on the keepsake type and destination. An estimate is confirmed before production. International availability is also confirmed by destination before a payment commitment.

07 · Portfolio permission

Not assumed.

Ordering a keepsake does not grant permission for public portfolio, social, advertising, or press use. The studio must ask separately before publishing a customer's photographs, story, identifying information, artwork, or finished keepsake.
