01 · What we collect
Only what the request needs.
An inquiry may include your name, email address, country or region, keepsake type, the story you provide, names or dates you want considered, and the photographs you choose to share.
02 · How it is used
For your customization request.
Information and photographs are used to review your request, understand the person, pet, and moment, discuss scope, prepare artwork if you proceed, and coordinate production and delivery when applicable.
We do not publish your photographs or story without permission.
03 · Photo rights
Share only what you have the right to share.
You should only upload photographs you own, are authorized to use, or otherwise have the right to share for creating a private keepsake. This is particularly important for photographs of children, family members, and other identifiable people.
04 · Current upload status
The preview fails closed.
Unless the site explicitly says that secure photo upload is connected, selected files stay on your device and are not transmitted. The form can still send your text inquiry; the studio will then arrange a separate secure photo handoff.
The interface never treats locally selected files as successfully uploaded when no secure photo endpoint is configured.
05 · Retention and deletion
You can request deletion.
You may request deletion of your inquiry details and submitted photographs by replying through the contact channel used for your request. Identity may need to be confirmed before deletion is completed.
06 · Public use
Private by default.
A private customization request does not grant permission to use photographs, stories, names, artwork, or finished keepsakes in the studio portfolio, social posts, advertising, or other public materials. Separate permission is required.
